Slate helped Jefferson County Public Libraries take a step back from their communications efforts to find new, innovative ways to connect and engage with their patrons and staff. Jefferson County Library system received 12 Big Ideas of key findings which resulted in recommendations to increase its digital presence and engagement with patrons, prioritize a mobile responsive website, codify their brand, create a Strategic Marketing Team, and hire a Community Engagement Coordinator.
