Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for CEO and COO
  • The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related activities.
  • The ability to work under broad direction, requiring significant interaction with executive staff and team members with a high degree of professionalism is strongly valued.
  • Part-time (20 hrs/week)
  • Pay rate $15 - $18/hr commensurate with experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Process bi-monthly payroll via online third-party system
  • Process client payments and accounts receivable
  • Document expenses and generate appropriate reports
  • Maintain and prioritize CEO and COO’s calendar
  • Keep accurate tally of office inventory and request needs for office supplies
  • Book meetings and conference calls
  • Make travel arrangements for team
  • Perform administrative communication/marketing tasks in support of project management team
  • General office management

Job Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or an equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 2+ years’ clerical experience
  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting and data processing preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, have a sense of urgency, and work on many concurrent tasks
  • Ability to make sound decisions and anticipate situational needs
  • Ability to handle confidential materials with appropriate level of discretion

Software Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • QuickBooks
  • Payroll software will be taught on site
