What we did

  • Identified new tools that could share the Fire Authority's 2015 data and that reflected their innovative organization
  • Condensed more than 100 pages of information, updates, and data into an interactive website and a one sheet overview highlighting the most engaging information
  • Created a promotion plan that helped staff share the tools to residents, elected officials, industry leaders and potential hires
  • In the first three months of distribution, they had more than 500 unique views and people stayed on the site for more than 5 minutes
