Wanderlust Good for Creativity?

I've just returned from a weekend of skiing at Copper Mountain in Colorado. Have you ever been skiing? It requires A LOT of stuff. And if you have small kids the amount of gear somehow quadruples. At Copper they feel your pain and offer the simplest, most brilliant service to assist - a wagon. Yep, they provide - for free - a wagon to haul your skis, your poles, your helmet, heck, even your kids. It got me thinking about simple yet meaningful ways we can improve our customer service to our clients, and new ways to help our clients tap into the needs of their customers.
